Defects are defined as any imperfections or flaws arising during the manufacturing process, encompassing surface defects and wireless charging features.

Limited Warranty Coverage:
- Products MUST be purchased from nillkin.cc website; NILLKIN products purchased from other websites are not covered under the limited warranty.
- This limited warranty covers material or workmanship defects throughout the warranty period. During this period, if any defects are identified in the product due to material or workmanship issues, NILLKIN reserves the right to replace the product at no charge. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original end purchaser.

Please note that this Limited Warranty does NOT apply to the following cases:
-Products NOT purchased on the nillkin.cc website
-Free and/or promotional NILLKIN products (reviews, videos, etc.)
-Products not manufactured by NILLKIN
-Discontinued NILLKIN products

Exclusions from Coverage under this Limited Warranty:
This Limited Warranty does not encompass issues caused by or originating from:
-Installation failures
-Inappropriate use/mishandling of the product
-Normal wear and tear (e.g., dents, scratches, fading, paint chips, etc.)
-Accidental damages (including dropped products)
-Damages resulting from cleaning, disassembly, or modifications
-Damages resulting from abuse, fire, and/or natural causes
-Theft/lost products or parts

Limitation of Liability:
NILLKIN is not liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the product, including property damage, loss of product value, or damage to third-party products used with or within the product. Even if NILLKIN has been informed of the possibility of such damages, it assumes no liability for damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or personal property contained within the products, including but not limited to laptops, cell phones, smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, or handheld devices, nor for any loss of data within those devices. Regardless of any damages you may incur for any reason whatsoever, NILLKIN's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product.

Filing a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim or address a damaged or defective shipment, please contact us at service@nillkin.cc for prompt assistance.

Our Course of Action:
NILLKIN will provide a replacement product at no charge, offering a brand new item of the same model.

Steps to Follow:
To avail of this warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase and accompanying photos or videos detailing the issue, allowing us to determine the most suitable solution for you. Please note that we do not accept unannounced returns of damaged products.

30-DAY Refund Guarantee:
We understand that sometimes our products may not fully meet your expectations, and for this, we sincerely apologize. If this occurs, please contact service@nillkin.cc as soon as possible and provide us with comprehensive images of the product and packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will promptly arrange after-sales service.

All items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from delivery. NILLKIN holds a Return Merchandise Authorization, requiring you to cover return shipping and insurance fees.

Please be aware that items must be in their original condition upon receipt, inclusive of all product documentation, and shipped within three days.

For swift product exchanges, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order. Allow approximately one week for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.

In the event a package or item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or immediately notify us (service@nillkin.cc). Retain all packaging materials unless otherwise instructed by NILLKIN. Claims for damaged or missing items must be made immediately or within three days of receiving your shipment. NILLKIN is not liable for lost or damaged items in returned shipments.

NILLKIN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the warranty at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party.
